Chad Troyer

Our project was to split two images in half and use divide to instead create a whole piece instead of two separate images. For the first one, I was unsure of what to do, so I just googles the first thing that came to mind: avocado. This led me to guacamole and then i thought about onions which made me think of Shrek. That is how the first one came to be. The second one I did a similar association game. This time with Italy, leading me to wine and Lady Gaga, two great Italian things. For the third, I was still thinking about Italy, but then thought of Greece and then ancient Greek art, like a sculpture or vase and so I found these two images which I think flow together more conceptually than visually.
