Chad Troyer

I was looking at previous projects, and I really likes Salone’s. I enjoyed the poetry that she used as an inspiration. I kinda wanted to do the same thing so I was thinking about poems for inspiration such as : Chant de Mai et de Vertu by Clement Marot (p.66); Délie by Maurice Scève (p.69); El Desdichado by Gérard de Nerval (p.323); Chanson d’automne by Paul Verlaine (p.417); and “il pleure dans mon coeur…” by Paul Verlaine (p.421). However I kinda wanted to juxtapose my own meaning over it, or maybe something I wrote over top of it. I wanted to use hints from the poems, like rain or leafs or other visual cues in the poetry as the imagery in my video, that way you don’t need to understand the language to get it. I don’t really want the poems to give context to my video, I want it to be two stand a lone things that are enhanced by each other.

Another idea I have is like adventures I guess, places I’ve been with people who are my friends. I don’t really exactly know what to do for this project. I feel like the prompt is just a little to vague to understand what you want, so… (:
